This show, to me, is the essence of Phish. I attended this last show before the hiatus with some of my best friends and I must say that from start to phinish, this night was one of the most phenominal experiences any of us has ever had. Only a few shows, in over 11 years of seeing Phish all over this country, have risen to this level. I remember rumors running rampant on the lot - before this last show at Shoreline - about how there was going to be three sets, and all the special guests lined up for cameo appearances. Disappointing some - not anyone I know - Phish played with no guests, but a remarkably beautiful performance that those of us who were there will always remember. Definitely download this show in FLAC format and everyone wish for a NEW YEAR`S show in the fabulous LAS VEGAS, NEVADA

the show was awesome. that was my first phish show and i loved it. i was bummed when they took the hiatus but i was happy to have gotten to see them. Even though i did not know the names of the songs i grooved with all the phans who did and really got it. i love this band and their groove is the most intense ever.. rock on boys you soothe my soul...

i was at this show, rerally good......and i must say we, the phans, are a class act. a standing ovation to the crew, this was my highlight of the show. i get goose pimples just thinking of it....was phish trying to get the crowd to ahmmmmmmmmmmmmm, at the end of YEM. i was happy they gave me a YEM as the last song in my seven show stretch vegas->phoenix->san diego->irvine->shoreline, and as a song to just sit and marinade in my jones for them to get back to giving us that ice cream for the ears. i do remember the beautiful girl from colorado, and i am sorry to you (if you are reading this) for not being able to keep my eyes off you, such a beautiful specimen, my dear god was she beautiful. anyway this show was decent, not really the best, but still good....i was thinking they would give us a three set send off into our jones, but hey, i still love the guys, i say thank you for a real good time.........

I am very glad they released this show. I was lucky enough to be there, and I thought the band went out with style before the hiatus. A lot of people were disappointed because they didn`t play Gamehendge, or 3 sets, or something more special. However, even if it was a short show, this was a great example of quality over quantity.

The first set started off on fire with First Tube and an excellent Mike`s Groove, and I want to echo the good things people have said about this Bathtub Gin. My audience tape is very bassy and fuzzy, so I can`t wait to hear this jam in crisp soundboard form! The second set was one of those great transitional sets that never really stopped, building momentum all the way up to the crazily intense David Bowie>Tweezer Reprise. The Tweezer jam was so dark and futuristic that I dubbed it Space Funk From The Future!

So yes, this wasn`t the greatest Phish show ever, but it is a good one with several great jams that are worth having. Now that Phish is back, we can all enjoy this show without the bittersweet aspect of "Are they gone for good?"

Ahh i remember this show just like yesterday. A great solid act this was even if the boys didn`t break any new ground with any of the jams. Great First Tube opener....so much fire! And that YEM for an encore.....it made it all hit home that this band will be surely missed with the hiatus.

There`s a reason that this was offered free for download for a time... Live Phish wanted us to see just how great Phish is live, even if you`re not there!!! I have never seen Phish live before but after hearing concerts like this and the New Year`s Eve one, I now know I HAVE to. I love this band.

I haven`t heard the show since it happened, however, I remember it being an amazing show. They pushed the music to new places right up to the last minute. Tweezer was my personal highlight, and if I rememebr correctly, it alone would be worth the download.
