This show is probaly my second favorite I ever saw. When they busted out Psycho Killer and first boogie on in ten years that place went nuts. God i miss it. But thank god for digital recording.

This show is super sick! And as I stated in my first review on this new release yesterday... the remasters are totally worth it! If you love a particular show, and we all love this one, then you should want to have the crispest, cleanest, and brightest sounding recording possible. I bought it the first time, and I bought it again... and I can`t wait for the next NEW Kevorkian release!!!!! I think some good candidates would be Ventura 97 &98, 12/30/97!!, BIG CYPRESS!!!, anything else from 97! sickest year ever.... sorry you 95 lovers, but 97 is it! Ha Ha Ha <>< peace love phish

I was pissed about this because I already paid for this show!! So I sent an angry email to customer service. I received this reply from "Tela" which explained it pretty well.

I am sorry that you are unhappy and disappointed. Your money was not "wasted". You have listened to and enjoyed your downloads for years. I think you got your money`s worth. Now there is a new version out, you can keep your version or choose to purchase the new version. When a new remaster of a classic CD is released in the stores people who have previously purchased it can not go and trade in their CD for a new one for free.
You ordered the FLAC downloads and you completed the process to receive the files. Once this happens your download is expired and the transaction is complete. We already paid to deliver the files to you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please let us know if you require further assistance.
Thanks for supporting Live Phish Downloads.

Do the right thing Live Phish, let fans who already bought this show download the new tracks. Send an email out and give everyone a window of time to download the new tracks.

Thank you LIVEPHISH-guys for listening to our on-going soundquality discussion and answering it the best way possible, namely to remaster two center-piece shows from the catalogue. Especially Dayton lacked a bit in sound, IMO. I can`t wait for a new release with great sound! Check out Knoxville 96, Pittsburgh 96, Atlanta 97 and Austin 97, or how about some Deer Creeks 95-97, any Auburn Hills 95-97 or the 12/30 - 12/31/97...but, hey, feel free to feed us! If I were you, I`d had a headache already...;-)

After downloading this, I will have 3 different SBDs from this show. I remember when the SBD first starting circulating some years ago. Then it became available on LIVEPHISH, and now it has been remastered. Now even though I`m bummed that I have to pay for this (since I want it of course) the remasters are totally worth it. The other Kevorkian remasters are sick! Especially the Island Tour and MSG 97!!!!! From now on though.... let`s focus our attention on remastering shows that DON`T already circulate in SBD form shall we? Thank you very much!!!! <><

This would be cool if I hadn`t already bought this show when it wasn`t remastered. I really don`t want to buy the same show twice.

How exactly is this "remastered"? Has Phish posted any additional information on what was enhanced or changed? And it was the only show where I was front and center. Stared at Mike all night.
