7/29/2003 Post Gazette Pavilion At Star Lake , Burgettstown, PA

see ya on the trail  (11/13/2012 6:33:04 PM)

very unique, fun show. Bought it as a download (I wasn't there in person). I found myself smiling through much of it, and laughing out loud through other parts. Some hot playing at points, too, but really it's just a great ride. Hope they never lose this side of who they are.

This is a perfect show. To me, as a fan who saw shows from 95 thru 2000 before basically disregarding Phish after too many listless performances in 99 and 2000 (minus Big Cypress of course), this represents the reason they took a break and more importantly, why they got back together. Hot, hot, hot!!!!

"The band told Rolling Stone that they had recently downloaded their entire repertoire on an iPod and purposely decided to play a show of rarities on this summer night in Pittsburgh."

Special night. In my opinion the BEST post-hiatus show, period. Just amazing all around.

"Thunderhead" doesn't get the recognition it deserves, but believe me when I say; it's Phish at their loveliest. A beautiful jam indeed..

I cant express to you what it felt like that night inside the pavillion. It was like everyone there had hit the lottery all at the same time, and were just beside themselves with joy. I almost didn't go to this show (Thanks Meed!) One of the most fun nights of my life. I called the Crosseyed 2nd set opener right after the finished the 1st set, and lost it when they actually opened with it. When the Oompah pah started, I about crapped my pants
