Headphones Jam

This is what I was expecting to hear at Coventry...None the less, if you`re at home sitting on the fence about this download...get it...I agree with the others on this one...If Phish can`t be out on the road, then it`d be nice to see them develop into a digi-world band (not that they haven`t been for years)...This download brings the wall of sound and I like that.

Look I like this Jam it`s classic phish at their best, and it is for a good cause. but it is like dangling food in front of a hungry child cause it reminds me of a band that has the what I look for in music, the freedom to to be what they are. I know it must have been frustrating for Trey and otehrs to keep such a thing like Phish pure and in it`s essence. But I get sad because when all the live shows have been posted and all the jams have been mixed and given to the public, its still like longing to see an old love that can never be seen again. Its painful, not trying to be negative, just miss the idea of being able to see such an amazing band. much love...

I agree with all the positive responses here. Such a good thing to see people sharing in this world. Not only music, but MONEY that will help people who need it. Phish is undoubtedly blessed to have such giving fans.

This grabs me the ssame way union federal did. There is a different sound here that they wouldn`t get on stage live or even sound check. You can feel the level of comfort and connection they have. This to me is far more enjoyable than undermind. Its pure and captures the essence of phish... at least to me. I can hear everybody in the mix winding around each other.

I wonder how out of the question it would be to get 19 bottles of wine and some crab legs and just hit record every now and then...

Refreshing... Would love to hear more private recording sessions! It`s interesting to hear where they go without an audience.

Very cool stuff.

the last 8 minutes of this jam are the sickest thing I have heard these guys pull out since the island tour. they seem so inspired and full of excitement for the upcoming album experience. it makes me wonder why "undermind" was such a flop. herre they`re bringing the house down. imagine if "the dude" never let us here this....

Awesome! Sounds so great. Love to hear the boys just do what they do best: make the best mind f*ck music in the world. Put this on and just let the layers wash over you.

This is a great jam. Seeing something like this on here is refreshing. Whether or not there is ever a reunion, touring or studio-based (as per the above review), it would be amazing to see more stuff like this issued. Everyone knows how amazing Phish were live, I don`t think much more proof is really needed....now it`s time to show off their skills, behind the scenes. Studio jams, unreleased songs, ideas, soundchecks, and other esoteric material should be the future of LivePhish. Hopefully we`ll see more like this soon.

Many thanks to Nikster for weathering the torrent of PT abuse and making this available, and for a good cause.
