I'm totally grateful for the free download. if you couldn't make it to these opening shows like a lot of the other ultra heady kids, then i'm sure the band is taking that into account. every show on this tour is going to be extra special, so don't sweat it -Its only the begining of the new begining of a new era.

Thank You Phish! These babies sound great and were put out in such a timely fashion. Not being there sucks, but this is a great consolation. Thanks for keeping your fans in mind with the freebees. After a couple of listens it seems to me like there is a real sense of urgency in the playing- something that seemed to be missing leading up to Coventry. Gittin' after it. Muy caliente!

That being said, I really enjoy the music from this run, absolutely awesome. Being a guy that got scammed from the ebay ticket brokers. Its a little harsh hearing something I thought I was to have seen myself. Trey KILLED the fluffhead, absolutely flawless... and the new addititions to other songs. This is the answer to the Coventry question. There are back. and they are just as great as ever.

It's Ice really gets deep at 6:10 ish. I like it. Very tight. Especially compared to 5 years ago. That said, they have surgically removed "wandering improvisation" which I like right now. I like 28 song shows for sure. Beats 40+ minute Ghosts that wander into nothingness.
