Overall awesome show. Looser than night 1, with some real tasty funk sojourns. High point was Mike's groove (quote of Rush's "La Villa Strangiato" at the end of "Mikes Song"?). The Weekapaug solo was HUGE.

Holy monkeys! This show is even better than the 6th! I like how the guys have added different little nuances to some songs. You guys are NOT rusty. You're playing your b***s off. I can't wait to listen to the 8th.

I was also there for all three nights and I'm still shedding tears of joy on Tuesday night ... OUR PHISH IS BACK and in better form than they have been in a decade. Simply incredible. Trey's solo on Waste brought me to my knees and the Sanity/Wilson Sunday opener was just so perfect. We sat right behind Kuroda Sunday night and that view and show that night was just too beautiful for words.

The shows were absolutely beautiful. Thank you Phish, for the best time of my life. Big Cypress was close, but this blew the lid off. You can really tell the boys had practiced.

HOLY BONER CITY!

I went to these shows and they were beyond expectation.
Emotional, trance, the funk, the noodles!
Beep booop boop bop boop
Everything you could ask for.
I have never seen anyone anywhere jump up and down with excitement just to be IN THE show!

Your judgement should really only be about the quality of the recordings which are good.
this energy can not be recorded but it seems to be living on

see you this summer.

so happy to hear these recordings. ive downloaded all 3 nights and everything sounds so on point. you can tell they were eager to wipe away the memories of coventry, as was everybody i'm sure. nonetheless, these recordings sound immaculate. i like that they decided to play more songs with shorter jams, because i think it made the jams more focused and purposeful, still maintaining that loose abandonment. (especially in the hood jam). i was so happy to hear them bust out foam, and boy did they fuckiin nail it. i really can't express in words the joy i feel to know that this band is back and hitting on all cylinders, it almost makes me want to cry, but i promised i wouldn't. party on

As a fellow addict, that Melt sounded cathartic for Trey; as I'm sure the whole weekend was. Thanks, it helps.

The concision that the band displayed over the weekend was just so refreshing. There was no need for them to rely on extended noodling to fill up the shows, because they had their @$$^%^ together, and songs were distilled to their rawest essence. Loved it so much, can't wait to listen to it until it breaks. Bring on Summer Tour!
