"The day my life changed! A friend asked me to drive from WV to NYC at 4am to see a band I had never listened to once! Missing NYE a 1/1 show was already a weird way to start this journey. Toss some Masshole and West Virginia vets together in a LaQuinta and things got real, QUICK! Walked in late to Stealing Time from the Faulty plan (fitting) only to make it to our seats for my first Phish song I would see live, Heavy Things, which is also fitting considering my name. I walked into MSG a total noob and walked out one of their biggest phans! I’m so lucky to have found them when I did! No other band can produce this type of energy, emotion, experience, sound, visuals, or connection! BEST BAND IN THE LAND! Thank you Phish! "
