"What can I say? This was my 154th show. I still consider myself a n00b having seen my first show in 1999. For 3-4 years my friends had tried to get me to go and foolish me, took a while to listen. I obviously never saw them in the early- mid90s, but it’s those tapes from 93-95 that got me into the band. I have hundreds of them in my attic still. Being able to see a show full of all songs pre 94 was pretty epic, and the boys nailed it! Easily my favorite show of the run. I had the best seat i’ve ever had at MSG in the 30 shows I’ve seen there. Dead center, front row, behind the stage…It was almost overwhelming at times, as it felt like I was on the stage, with the band. I feel extremely lucky to have been able to experience this show from there. Their playing was fantastic, the crowd was full of energy and the setlist was perfection! "

"@Al S.D. one difference about seeing Phish in the early '90s, the ticket price was < the price of a beer at MSG now, and it was in a small venue, like a theater, or a college auditorium where you could hang around and talk to Fishman at the lip of the stage afterwards about what he thought of the show. Song catalogue variety now is much better obviously and the jams are much much longer and more rhythmic/interesting -- and you can stream the audio the next morning."

"Was lucky enough to be there…so much good stuff…so much joy…for me the Suzy g > golgi….with such an incredible build up > good times bad times was a major highlight….the energy level in msg was magical…these tunes are quintessential phish for me….songs that fully captured my imagination as a high school kid in ‘93…and seeing them now…with lyrics like…IN THE DAYS OF MY YOUTH…I WAS TOLD…WHAT IT MEANS… TO BE A MAAAAANNNN!!!!!! While the roof is getting absolutely blown off….it was so so good….brought back so many memories…it’s tough to put into words. Thank you phish. "
